Incomplete projects – We offer a full money-back guarantee for projects that have not been initiated or completed. This includes projects that are still being written. If you choose to cancel your plan or pre-paid project half-way through the writing process, this is counted as an incomplete project and will be refunded in full.
0 to 7 Days (0 to 168 hours) – Projects completed and paid for are also subject to a full refund, as long as the refund claim was made 0 to 7 days after the project was completed.
+7 to 14 Days (168+ to 336 hours) – Projects that have been completed for more than 7 days and up to 14 days, only half the total cost of each project is returned.
+14 Days (336+ hours) – Lastly, all projects that have been completed for more than 14 days are no longer subject to a refund.
We will start counting the hours from the exact moment the payment is made. A screenshot of the payment being received will be saved and kept for this purpose. Additionally, we will not refund any VAT charges that came with the project. These expenses are shouldered by you, our client.
A refund request may be made via email ([email protected]). Included in the request will be:
- Proof of payment.
- A link to the Google Document that was given to you upon the completion of the project.
- Reason for the refund.
The time of the refund request will be the time that’s considered against the time of the payment. Once we go through an exchange of feedback as well as clarifying the reason for the refund, we will refund the necessary amount no-questions-asked if your decision pushes through.
Should you receive a refund, you rescind all ownership rights of the refunded written content back to Verbo. Additionally, any trace of the refunded written content on your online presence is subject to copyright infringement and legal repercussions.
We require that you submit an individual email for every article you wish to be refunded.
